Primary educator is Arlene Donnelly, LPC, CAADC, CCS, CCTP, ACS, NCC. Arlene has been trained in DBT, ERP, ACT, PE, Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, HRT, CBT for Hoarding, CBT-I, CBT- SP, and CBT. Arlene has worked with various populations: inpatient substance use disorder, community mental health: DBT clinic (BPD), substance use, unhoused, severe and persistent mental health diagnoses, specialized agency work: OCD, excoriation, trichotillomania, Hoarding, PTSD, gambling addiction, and sex addiction to include struggles with porn.
